Now I will admit I was skeptical when I first seen this device on tik tok but after receiving…omg total game changer. The vibration is so intense, that u actually feel the workout after! I can’t believe I got the deal I did on it. Its really powerful and works, I’ve had it for five days and I’ve already lost two pounds from it and it’s noticable. Which is great, cuz I do go to the gym and have been having a hard time losing weight. So now I know what Im missing from my workout, the actual toning part of it. The vibration plates are sturdy, perfect balance. Despite it being a workout tool, the vibration is like a massage and it feels very therapeutic using it. I would highly recommend. Definitely got the value of the a lifetime, being able to have this tool on hand whenever. I will be using it everyday for as long as I can and it lasts! Satisfied customer.

It’s incredible to see my health transformation thanks to simply adding this into my day. I use it daily. I started at 8 minutes, then 10, then 15, 20, 25, and now at 30 minutes. I simply stand on it during my morning routine and not only have I gotten stronger, but my balance has improved, too. I got this in December and it’s held up perfectly. I put a small hand towel over the top of it if I’m barefoot or don’t want to stand on their pressure point balls. It’s not loud and has great preprogrammed exercises. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using this machine for a few weeks. It’s so easy to use, has a small footprint, and gives good exercise. It operates well. In conjunction with first food in the morning of coffee laced with turmeric and cinnamon, it has taken my inability to walk well into able to move much better, do chores, walk, all without pain. The difference is remarkable. I believe it’s due to the combination of exercising on this machine and the first thing in the morning drink as described. It’s given me my life back.

I got this item because I have been seeing a bunch of people on tiktok using it. Never heard or thought about it.
The back of my knees swell and alot of the time my feet hurt. What I have been doing for pain relief sometimes is just keeping my feet on it if I am in alot of pain and can’t stand. This feels great.
The machine isn’t that big but can hold a surprising amount of weight.
The vibration feels amazing, and when I want to feel silly, I pretend I am hula dancing for however long I am on it. Cus that is the only way I can shake my hips and but that fast. 😀😃🙂🙃
The intensity is just right. Definitely useful to me for pain relief and a great value for money.

This is great! Helps get the body moving. You will itch the first few times you use it or if you have it and haven’t used it in a while. Keep going because eventually the itching stops. I have recommended it to friends and so far, 2 people I know has purchased it and loves it.

This eases my neuropathy pain. The size is perfect for storing away. It does have some weight to it but not too heavy. The price point is fantastic for the quality of this machine. The versatility is great several levels and it has the strength bands to add a challenge.
